Studio, sunsets and whales!

This week I returned to some amazing yoga sessions at the studio.  I just love the variety available.  I enjoyed a detox class where I came away feeling all rejuvenated, then I enjoyed a heart flow class where I was introduced to new poses I had not come across before and on Sunday evening I went to restorative yoga where I find once I am in there I never want to leave it feels so relaxing!  All of the teachers have their own unique ways within the class and I learn something new every time I go which is great.  It is nice to be back in the studio and it is nice to be in a room full of other like-minded people, all sharing their practice together.  I have found the classes to be a welcome return, a place where everyone is nice and welcoming, and where I can really take the time to relax and enjoy yoga.

My mat made its journey over from England, and came to restorative yoga this week, I liked having my own mat there and bringing it back to the house, it is there standing in the corner of the room waiting for me to use it again.

Well, aside from the fog that loomed its way over St. John’s this week, I have enjoyed some sunset hikes watching the whales from Torbay point and that, in itself is an amazing yoga experience!
